At Mian Origin, we stand behind the quality and efficacy of our Mian Eyelash serum. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may request a refund or replacement within 60 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your results.
 • Applies only to purchases made directly at mianorigin.com.
 • Purchases made through authorized retail partners must be returned directly to them.
 • Products from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for refund.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund or replacement:
 • Request must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
 • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
 • Opened or partially used items are eligible under our Satisfaction Guarantee but must be returned with original packaging.
 • Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will send a replacement at no cost.

How to Start a Return

 1. Email hello@mianorigin.com with your order number and reason for return.
 2. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.
 3. Pack your product securely and ship it back to us.

If you prefer to ship your return independently, request a Return Authorization Form from our team. Please insure your package, as refunds cannot be processed for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

 • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
 • Processing time: 10–15 business days after receipt.
 • Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

European Union Customers

For EU orders, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
