Cancellation policy

Effective July 2025

One-Time Purchases

 • Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
 • After 12 hours, orders automatically enter fulfillment and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Subscriptions & Recurring Orders (if applicable)

 • Subscription orders renew automatically based on the frequency you select at checkout.
 • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account dashboard before the next billing cycle is charged.
 • Once a renewal order begins processing, it can no longer be canceled, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Bundles & Promotions

 • Bundle and promotional purchases (such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free”) are subject to the same 12-hour cancellation window as one-time orders.
 • Partial cancellations of bundles are not permitted.
