If you do not agree to all Terms, do not use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products to you.

• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

We may refuse or cancel any order. We may limit quantities per person/household/order or by account, card, billing, and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by email and/or billing phone/address provided at purchase.

In no case shall Mian Origin or our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, replacement costs, or similar damages, arising from your use of the Service or any products. Where certain jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions/limitations, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mian Origin and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Service.

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please contact hello@mianorigin.com with a DMCA notice containing all required elements (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3)).
17) Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by ceasing use of the site and notifying us. If we believe you have breached these Terms, we may terminate at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
18) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the Arbitration section below, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
19) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, the Service, or any purchase from us (a “Claim”) will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• No class actions. Claims must proceed only on an individual basis; class, collective, consolidated, or representative actions are not permitted.
• Small claims option. You or we may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
• Procedure. Before filing, the claiming party must send a written Notice of Dispute to hello@mianorigin.com with a description of the claim and relief sought. If unresolved after 60 days, either party may commence arbitration. The arbitration may be conducted by telephone/video or in the county of your residence.
• If any portion of this section (other than the class waiver) is found unenforceable for a specific claim, that claim shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
20) Entire Agreement; Severability; No Waiver
These Terms, together with policies referenced herein (including our [Privacy Policy] and [Refund Policy]), constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is determined unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remainder shall remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of such right or provision.
