Shipping policy

Effective July 2025

Order Processing

 • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM EST
 • Handling Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays)
 • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times & Costs

 • Free Priority Shipping (Standard): 5–8 business days (all U.S. orders)
 • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.

Note: Shipping and delivery times do not include handling times. All timeframes are estimates; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package leaves our facility.

Tracking Your Order

 • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
 • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
 • If tracking shows “no information” for more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@mianorigin.com.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

 • We offer Shipping Protection that covers lost, stolen, or damaged orders. If your package is affected, email us and we’ll ship a replacement promptly.
 • Mian Origin is not liable for packages where the incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

 • Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, orders automatically begin fulfillment and can no longer be changed or canceled.

International Orders

 • International shipping is available. Please note that customs inspections may delay delivery.
 • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
 • For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Business Days & Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding the following U.S. holidays:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

Refunds on Shipping Costs

 • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
 • Free shipping promotions apply to the subtotal after discounts, before taxes.
